Hi, I'm Paul, a data analyst who turns messy, overwhelming spreadsheets into clear dashboards and insights you can actually act on.
Got sales numbers scattered across a chaotic sheet? Customer data no one's ever cleaned? A dataset you know is valuable but don't have time to dig into? Send it my way. I hold a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science (Statistics specialization) and I'm completing ALX's Data Science program. What file formats do you accept?
I can work with Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV files, and Google Sheets. If your data is in another format, message me first and I'll let you know if I can work with it.
Do you need clean data, or can you work with messy data?
Messy data is exactly what I specialize in. Duplicates, missing values, inconsistent formatting, and errors are all things I sort out as part of the process, not extra work you need to do beforehand.
What's the difference between the Excel and Power BI options?
Excel dashboards are lightweight, easy to share, and simple for you to update yourself later. Power BI dashboards are more interactive, with filters and drill-downs, and give a more polished, presentation-ready feel.
Will you explain what the data means, or just build the dashboard?
Both. Every package includes a written breakdown of the key trends and patterns in your data, in plain language, not just charts.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes, each package includes a set number of revisions (see package details). I want you to be genuinely satisfied with the final result.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your data is used only for this project and is not shared, reused, or disclosed to anyone else.
What if my dataset is larger than what's listed in the packages?
No problem, just message me with the details (row count, number of sheets, etc.) before ordering and I'll send a custom quote.
Do I need to know Excel or Power BI to use what you deliver?
No. I build everything to be easy to navigate, and I'm happy to walk you through it after delivery so you're comfortable using or updating it yourself.
