I worked directly with the founders to take Montate, a vehicle rental marketplace in Dominican Republic, from early idea to a launch-ready MVP. Leading brand, product, and digital. Worked across the MVP and beta stage build, from discovery and brand strategy through identity, UX/UI, product design, Webflow development, automation, pitch materials, social media content, campaign, and MVP launch touchpoints. The role combined senior creative direction with hands-on execution across brand, product, web, marketing, AI-assisted workflows, low-code development and content production. Key work included: * Led brand strategy workshops with the founding team to create the initial brand strategy. * Worked partially in the launch city to research the local culture, rental market, user behaviour, and economic context. * Led product discovery workshops to determine MVP features within bootstrapped budget. * Designed renter, vehicle owner, and admin journeys, and marketplace workflows. * Designed the brand identity, brand guidelines, and art direction. * Built the brand and product system as one connected and scalable experience, keeping the identity, product/website, social content, campaign visuals, and launch assets aligned. * Designed and built the Webflow marketplace experience, including landing pages, search results, listing detail pages, and CMS structures. * Connected Webflow, Memberstack, and Make to support owner sign-up, account dashboard, listing submissions, approval flows, automated emails, review requests, product logic, and publishing workflows. * Used AI throughout to accelerate research, ship quickly, and explore ideas. * Led social media and launch content creation, including video/photo shooting, planning, directing. Created storyboards, motion videos, posts, ads, location, talent sourcing, talent direction. * Designed investor and partner pitch deck materials to communicate the product, market, launch strategy, brand direction, and growth opportunity
