No, I have trained people with just few kettebells or bands or also bodyweight. Each program is tailored to your available equipments.

Hypertrophy is a long term goals, don't believe in stupid announces for hypertrophy in 8 weeks. Consistency is the key to success in this field.
Can you help me to solve my joint problems?
Sure, many people need to understand that if you feel pain during training, something in your movement is going wrong. Free pain movement is the key to success, every kind of pain means that you have a weakness to solve, so WORK ON YOUR WEAKNESS.
