What file types do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .csv), Google Sheets links, and LibreOffice files. If it opens in a spreadsheet, I can work with it.
Is my data kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your files are used only to complete your order, never shared, and deleted after delivery on request. Happy to work under an NDA too.
Do you do video or voice calls?
I work over Fiverr chat — it keeps every decision documented and I reply fast, usually within a few hours. Most clients find it quicker than scheduling calls.
How big a file can you handle?
Up to 1,000 rows on Clean Up, 5,000 on Organize and Formula, and 20,000 on Full Analysis. Bigger files are usually still fine — send me the sheet first and I will tell you honestly before you order.
How many revisions do I get?
Five on Clean Up, nine on Organize and Formula, and unlimited on Full Analysis. Revisions cover the sheet we agreed. A different dataset after delivery is a new order, and I will tell you upfront.
Will my formulas still work after cleaning?
Yes. Formulas are left live rather than pasted as values, so the sheet keeps calculating as you add rows. Your original data stays untouched on a second tab, and every job includes a report of what changed.
