FAQ
Can you create listings if my product information is not organized?
Yes. You can send me a spreadsheet, supplier links, website URLs, documents, or the information you currently have. I can organize the product data before creating the listings.
Do you only upload products, or can you optimize existing listings?
I can do both. I can create new listings from scratch or review and improve existing eBay or Shopify listings.
Can you edit product images?
Yes. I can resize, crop, clean up backgrounds, improve presentation, and prepare product images for the platform. More complex image work can be discussed before ordering.
Can you work with variable products?
Yes. I regularly work with variations such as size, color, style, quantity, and other product options. Please contact me first for products with a large number of variations.
Can you do SEO for my listings?
Yes. I can optimize titles, descriptions, product information, keywords, image alt text, and Shopify search engine fields where applicable. I focus on relevant search optimization rather than keyword stuffing.
Can you upload products in bulk?
Yes. I can work manually or with CSV and spreadsheet-based bulk uploads depending on the store, catalog, and available product data.
Can you transfer products from another website or store?
Yes. Products can be transferred or cross-listed from supplier websites, existing stores, spreadsheets, or other available sources.
Do you work with large catalogs?
Yes. For 50, 100, 500, or more products, contact me first. I can review the catalog and create a custom offer based on the actual work required.
Can you manage products on an ongoing basis?
Yes. I am available for ongoing eBay and Shopify product management, including new listings, updates, corrections, catalog organization, and listing optimization.
