Do I need a Power BI Pro license to use the dashboard?
No license is needed to view a .pbix file in Power BI Desktop, which is free. A Power BI Pro license is only required if you want to publish and share the report via Power BI Service (cloud). I can advise on the best option for your situation.
What file do I receive at the end?
You will receive the Power BI Desktop file (.pbix) so you can edit it anytime, plus a PDF export of all report pages for easy sharing. For Premium orders, I also publish the report to your Power BI Service account.
