I cannot return product. If this is a problem, please do not order.
What's the revision policy?
I do not include open revisions in my video packages. In the past, revision requests have often turned into requests for entirely new creatives or new requirements that weren’t provided upfront. I charge a flat $30 refilm fee per video.

I feel like since the script was talking about brides being stressed when planning their weddings, she could have played on that or something instead of delivering a boring video.
