About this gig
In this gig, I am providing both 2D and 3D Floor Plans.

To get started: You need to upload a rough sketch/idea of your floor plan. Please note that your rough sketch or idea should have necessary details like total floor area in square feet, dimensions in feet/meters, door-window-furniture layout, floor height, inner and outer wall thickness, number of floors/levels and purpose of the space.
If you don't have any of these details, leave a message and I will propose these dimensions/measurements suitable for your project.
Incase my package doesn't match your requirements (eg: exceeded floor area or you need any additional service), just message me and I will send you a custom offer to meet your requirements and will offer you the Best Deal!

How many plans are included in one package?
This package includes one plan. If the square footage increases, the price will be adjusted accordingly. For multiple plans, please request a price quotation before placing the order.
Is this package included design?
No design service is included in this package, only drafting or redrawing services are provided in this package.
What software do you use to create the 3D floor plans?
I use AutoCAD for 2D Drawing, 3D Studio Max, and Vray for 3D Modelling, and 3D Rendering
Can you convert image or pdf file to DWG file?
Yes, I can convert Image (JPG) or PDF file to DWG file.
Can you customize the design style or interior look?
Yes, I can. For your reference, you can see my gig where I have uploaded some interior images or video all done by me.
What other services do you offer except 2D and 3D floor plans?
I do Exterior rendering and interior design also. Please write message to get custom quote.
What if I don't have exact measurements?
No problem, I can do your design as per your rough measurements but, you need to mention that it’s a rough measurement and provide 3D Design based on it.
Do you work with real estate agents, developers, or interior designers?
Yes, I have worked with various real estate agents, developers, or interior designers both for local and international.
What procedure do I have to follow, if I need a custom design?
