FAQ
What is a SharePoint Intranet?
A SharePoint Intranet is an internal website built on Microsoft SharePoint that centralizes company resources, communication, and collaboration tools. It helps employees access documents, news, policies, and departmental content from a single location.
How long does it take to set up a SharePoint intranet?
The timeline depends on the size and complexity of your organization. A basic intranet can be set up within 1–3 weeks, while a more customized and content-rich solution may take 6–8 weeks or more.
Can our intranet reflect our company's branding?
Yes. We’ll apply your brand identity—logos, colors, fonts, and visuals—to ensure the intranet aligns with your company’s look and feel.
Will the intranet work on mobile devices?
Absolutely. Modern SharePoint sites are fully responsive and optimized for desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Can we control who sees what content?
Yes. SharePoint allows fine-grained permission settings so you can control access at the site, library, folder, or item level based on roles or departments.
What kind of content can be included?
You can include news, events, quick links, policies, document libraries, calendars, videos, dashboards, and more. We can tailor it to your specific needs.
Is training provided for our team?
Yes, we offer optional training sessions or user guides for both content managers and end-users to help ensure adoption and ongoing success.
