Q1: What do you need to start?
Artwork + size (width/height) + file format (DST/PES…) + fabric type (hat/patch) + any notes.
Q2: Do you provide a sew-out guarantee?
I provide a clean, machine-ready file. Results can vary with machine settings, stabilizer, and thread, but I’ll help with adjustments if needed.
Q3: Can you do small letters in 3D puff?
Small letters don’t puff well. I may suggest thicker font or flat embroidery for best results.
Q4: Will you do edits / revisions?
Yes, revisions are included based on package (Premium = unlimited).
