No. This is an English written, asynchronous process-design deliverable. It includes no live calls, system configuration, integrations, migration or onsite implementation. ITIL alignment does not mean certification, an audit or a guarantee of compliance or results.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated revision to the original selected process, agreed roles and requirements. Corrections to wording, flow, RACI or KPI definitions are included. A new process, expanded organization or major new requirements need a separately agreed scope.
