I run production virtualisation for a living. VMware VCP-DCV 2024 and Nutanix NCP-US certified, six years across vSphere, ESXi, vSAN and Proxmox on Dell PowerEdge hardware.

FAQ
What if my hardware turns out not to be supported?
Send me the model and RAID controller before you order and I will check it against the compatibility list. If it will not work I will tell you and you keep your money. If we only discover it mid-order, I will explain the options honestly, including a refund if nothing can be done.
Will my running VMs or services go down?
Migration and cluster work can be done live in most cases. Where a restart is genuinely unavoidable I tell you the expected downtime in advance and we agree a window. Nothing gets restarted without you knowing first.
VMware or Proxmox - which should I choose?
Proxmox if budget matters or it is a lab, since it is free and capable. VMware if you need vendor support, or your team already knows it. I work in both and have no incentive to push either, so tell me your situation and I will give you a straight recommendation.
What are your working hours and how do you communicate?
I am in Dubai, GST timezone. I reply within a few hours during my day and always within 24 hours. Everything stays in Fiverr messages so there is a record, and I send a progress update at each stage rather than going quiet until delivery.
What do you need from me to start?
Remote access details, hardware model and specifications, what the host needs to run, and your preferred maintenance window. Never send passwords in chat - I will ask for a temporary account or SSH key you can revoke when the order closes.
What if the job takes longer than the hours in my package?
The Additional Hours extra covers it at 30 dollars an hour. I will tell you before going over rather than after, with what I found and how long it needs. You decide whether to extend or stop at the agreed scope.
