About me
I design hardware end to end - from the enclosure to the board inside it. Mechanical: enclosures, jigs and replacement parts, modelled to print or machine. Reverse engineering from physical samples. Electronics: schematic design and multilayer PCB layout across analog, digital and RF, from low-power battery devices to high-speed and mixed-signal boards. Altium and KiCad, with basic firmware bring-up to verify the design. I run my own printers and SMT assembly, so designs are checked against how they get built.... Read more
