What do you need from me to start?
The parties, what is being exchanged, price and payment terms, duration, and anything already agreed. If you have a draft or a template you want improved, send it and I will work from that.
Is what I send you confidential?
Yes. Everything you send is treated as confidential, and I am bound by professional secrecy. If you want a written NDA in place before we start, send yours and I will sign it at no extra cost.
What format do you deliver in?
An editable Word file and a PDF, plus the clause notes. I do not notarise, certify or register documents; that step is done where the contract will be used.
