I will extract tables from text-based or scanned PDFs into clean Excel or CSV and verify headers, dates, numbers, and totals against the source. Your file will be structured for filtering, reconciliation, or import.

How do you verify conversion accuracy?
I use conversion or OCR tools where appropriate, then manually compare headers, dates, numbers, and totals with the source. Unreadable or uncertain values are flagged rather than guessed.
Can you handle large files or multiple PDFs?
Yes. Premium covers up to 50 pages. Message me before ordering multiple files, larger documents, or unusually complex tables so I can confirm the package, price, and delivery time.
Can you match an import template or add formulas?
I can map extracted data to a supplied column template through a custom offer. New formulas, dashboards, system setup, and executing an import are not included unless specifically agreed.
What does a revision cover?
Revisions correct mistakes against the source PDF or the structure agreed before the order. A new file, new output format, added pages, formulas, or changed instructions require a scope update.
How do you handle confidential or sensitive files?
I use files only to complete the order and do not share them. You may mask sensitive fields before upload. I can delete local working copies after delivery; Fiverr-hosted files follow Fiverr's policies.
