Need a detergent bottle design with a handle that pours well and a molder can tool?
I design HDPE detergent and softener jugs in Fusion 360: body, hollow handle, label panel, spout and measuring cap.
What I do:
1 L to 5 L detergent bottles and jugs with handles
Hollow blow-molded handles sized for a full hand grip
Pour spout and drip-back fitment around a standard neck
Measuring cap with dose lines matched to your fill
Flat or slightly curved label panels front and back
Capacity set to fill volume plus headspace
STEP files, 2D drawing and renders for approval

I design bottles and labels for home care and refill brands: hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, surface sprays and refill stations. I make everyday bottles that look good enough to leave on the counter and still carry every safety detail. Core work: • hand soap pump bottles • detergent jug CAD • aluminium refill bottles • spray bottle labels • refill and concentrate packs. I work in Adobe Illustrator, Blender and Fusion 360 daily. You receive print-ready labels, renders and STEP files. Send your product list, bottle sizes and required text before ordering.
FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Capacity and fill level, product type, neck finish or cap supplier, handle style, height and footprint limits, plus a sketch or reference jug.
Can you work from a sketch or a jug I already sell?
Yes. A sketch, photos with a ruler or a sample's measurements are enough. I rebuild or reshape it as clean solid CAD and never copy a protected bottle.
Will my blow molder accept your detergent bottle files?
Yes. STEP and IGES open in any mold-making CAD. The molder adds mold blocks, cooling and pinch-off details and confirms wall thickness for their machine.
How do you make sure the jug pours well?
I place the handle so the weight sits behind the hand, angle the spout and add a drip-back fitment area, and check the balance with the jug full.
Can you design the measuring cap with dose lines?
Yes. I size the cap to your dose volumes and model the dose lines inside it, then check it fits the neck and spout fitment.
Do you design the label artwork too?
The CAD includes label panel sizes and a label template. Full label artwork with safety text can be added as a custom offer.
Do you make molds or sample jugs?
No. I deliver digital CAD, drawings and renders only. Molds, samples and drop or top-load tests are done by your molder.
How do revisions work?
Each package lists its revision count. Revisions cover changes inside the agreed jug, such as height, handle or panel tweaks. A new shape or capacity is quoted as a custom offer.
What changes the price?
Capacity, handle type, spout and cap parts, number of sizes and drawing depth. A simple jug on a stock neck sits in Basic.
Do I own the jug CAD and can I produce it?
Yes. Once the order is complete you own the delivered CAD and drawings and can use them for production. You need the rights to any logo you supply.
