Do you work on Aconex or other document control systems?
My service focuses on Excel based document registers and transmittal logs. I have hands on experience with Aconex, ACC and SharePoint, so I can structure your register to match your workflow, but I do not need access to your live system.
Can you clean my existing register instead of building a new one?
Yes. Send me your file with the order and I will standardize the columns, fix duplicates and revisions, and add status formulas. Please message me first with the number of documents so I can confirm the package.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I use your files only to deliver your order and I do not share them with anyone. If you prefer, you can remove sensitive details such as client names before sending.
How many documents can the register handle?
The packages cover up to 50, 150 and 400 documents. If you have more, message me before ordering and I will give you a custom offer.
