LÁZARO ROSA-VIOLÁN STUDIO • Full-time

Mar 2025 - Present • 1 yr 7 mos

I review and guide hotel development projects for leading international luxury hospitality brands. My role covers design direction and project management: coordinating with architecture and interior design firms, reviewing concepts and design packages, and managing FF&E feedback to make sure every space meets the highest standards. This experience shapes the way I create visuals today, with a strong focus on materials, lighting, proportion and guest experience.
