STANDARD: Budget vs actual, cash flow tracking, 1 interactive dashboard with filters and 5 KPIs. Up to 1,000 transactions and 15 categories.
PREMIUM: Everything in Standard, plus a 12-month cash forecast, 3 scenarios and a second dashboard. Up to 2,000 transactions and 20 categories. Forecasts use assumptions agreed with you.
All packages cover one business, one currency and one organized Excel or CSV source file. You receive an editable Excel workbook and instructions.
PDF data extraction, extensive data cleanup and external system connections require a separate quote. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope.

What do you need to start?
Please provide one organized Excel or CSV file, your goals, currency, reporting period and categories. Include budget targets for Standard and Premium, plus historical data and forecast assumptions for Premium. Message me before ordering to confirm the scope.
Will I be able to edit and update the workbook?
Yes. You receive an editable Excel workbook and an update guide. Standard and Premium include dashboard filters. Tell me your Excel version and whether you use Windows or Mac before ordering so we can confirm compatibility. Bank and external system connections are not included.
What do revisions include?
Basic includes 1 revision round; Standard and Premium include 2. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope. I correct my own errors at no extra charge. An extra revision costs $10 and adds 1 day. New features or data sources require a separate quote.
