What do you need to start?
Your business name, up to 12 services, owner Telegram ID and wording for the form. You need your own bot from BotFather and a server with Python 3.11+ or Docker. I will explain a safe way to configure secrets after the order; do not put tokens in public messages.
Does the price include hosting or a CRM?
No. The price includes one installation on your supplied server. Hosting is paid separately by you. Leads are stored in local SQLite and exported to CSV. External CRM, payment and calendar integrations are outside this package.
Can I see how it works?
Yes. I can provide an on-platform walkthrough or sample images showing the request form, owner notification, status changes and export. Sample leads are fictional. A real Telegram deployment requires your bot token and server configuration.
Can the bot work in more than one language?
This package includes one English-language flow. Business name, services and the privacy notice are configurable. Additional languages or changes to the workflow require a separate scope discussion before ordering.
