What file types can you analyze?
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, old DOC and ZIP archives. The files must contain real text: scanned images without a text layer are not supported, as there is no OCR. RAR and 7z archives are not supported either.
Does it work for tenders outside my country?
Yes. The analysis works on any tender or RFP text. Fetching files automatically from a specific portal is a custom connector, so tell me your source and I’ll confirm it’s feasible. Manual upload always works.
Can the AI make mistakes or invent requirements?
AI can misread complex text, so treat it as a fast first pass, not legal advice. Every item cites its source, and in Premium each quote is verified against the original text and highlighted, so you can check it in seconds.
What does the highlighted PDF look like?
Your original PDF with the passages behind each requirement marked in yellow. It’s a Premium feature and runs on a small separate service, which I can deploy on your server as an extra.
Which languages are supported?
Claude and GPT read most major languages. Tell me the language of your tender files and the language you want the result in, and I’ll test it on a sample before delivery.
What extra costs should I expect?
The AI API (usage-based), file conversion credits for old DOC files, and hosting for the PDF highlighting service in Premium. All are billed by the providers directly to you, not through me.
Can I send you a sample tender first?
Yes, please message me before ordering. I’ll check the files and confirm the scope and package. Share only documents you are allowed to share, and remove confidential data if needed.
