FAQ
Can you handle handwritten documents?
Printed text converts very reliably. Clear handwriting is usually fine; heavily degraded handwriting may need extra review time. Send one sample page first and I will confirm feasibility before you order.
Will tables and layout survive the conversion?
Yes. Tables, columns and merged cells are rebuilt as real spreadsheet or table structures, not dumped as plain text. Complex layouts get a page-by-page visual check before delivery.
Which languages do you support?
English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and more. If your language is not listed, send a sample page and I will confirm.
What if my scan is low quality or slightly rotated?
I handle skewed, faded and low-resolution scans by preprocessing the image before conversion. Send a sample and I will tell you exactly how accurate the result will be.
Do you need the original PDF or can I send photos?
Both work. Original PDFs give the best accuracy. Phone photos are fine if the page is flat, well lit and fully in frame. Multiple photos are also fine.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your files are used only for your order, never shared, and I can sign an NDA before starting. Files are deleted from my workspace on request after delivery.
