We have a Telegram Mini App and bot running in production right now - part of a product of ours that is also on Google Play and the App Store. Native Android in Kotlin, native iOS in Swift, a React web client, one Python backend.
This is not a template we found. It is what we run.
WHAT YOU GET
A bot that behaves: menus and buttons instead of typed commands, state that survives a restart, sensible behaviour when something goes wrong. On the larger package, a Mini App - a real web interface inside Telegram - with subscription billing.

WHERE THESE PROJECTS BREAK
Not on the screens. On the plumbing. Invoice creation and webhook verification. A repeated notification that quietly extends a subscription twice. The ten-second window to answer a pre-checkout query, after which Telegram cancels the payment.
We have met every one of those on live money.
NO MEETINGS NEEDED
Everything is in writing. Before the clock starts you answer a short list of questions, and those answers become the specification. If a requirement can be read two ways, you get a question before we build - not a surprise at delivery.

Payloop builds mobile and Telegram products - and gets the parts that usually break working.
Our own product runs in production: native Android (Kotlin, Compose) and iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) in both stores, a React web client and Telegram Mini App, on one Python backend - with subscriptions, renewals, Stars and crypto payments.
So we have met where these projects fail: invoice creation, webhook verification, a repeated notification that extends a subscription twice.

Do we need a call?
No. Everything happens in writing — the questions above, then messages in this order. You end up with a written record of every decision, which outlasts any call.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, on every package. It is your bot.
Can you take payments inside Telegram?
Yes — Telegram Stars, crypto, and cards through a provider. That is the part we do best; it is running in our own product.
Can you host it?
We deploy to your server. If you do not have one, we will tell you what to get — it costs a few euro a month.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions are included as listed. On Premium, 14 days of fixes after delivery.
