About this gig
I will professionally digitize your logo or artwork into a production-ready machine embroidery file.
I run a UK personalised clothing and workwear business and use a commercial multi-needle embroidery machine, so my designs are created with real stitching in mind not just their appearance on screen.
Your design will be manually prepared with suitable:
Stitch types and directions
Underlay and density
Pull compensation
Colour sequence
Trims and travel paths
Available formats include DST, PES, JEF, VP3 and EXP. Other machine formats may be available on request.
Each order includes one embroidery size and the machine file in your chosen format. Additional sizes can be purchased as an extra because embroidery designs may need adjusting rather than simply resizing.
Please provide clear artwork and your required finished size. Small text, gradients and very fine details may need to be simplified for the best stitched result.
Please contact me before ordering a highly detailed or unusual design so I can recommend the correct package.

What do you need from me?
Please send your clearest available logo or artwork, your required finished width or height, the garment or material it will be embroidered onto, and your required machine file format.
Which embroidery formats can you provide?
I can provide DST, PES, JEF, VP3 and EXP files. If you need another format, please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.
Can you digitize any image?
Most artwork can be digitized, but very small text, gradients, shadows and fine details may need simplifying. I will advise you if changes are required for a clean embroidered result.
Can I use the same file at different sizes?
Small size changes may be possible, but embroidery files should not normally be enlarged or reduced significantly. Please order an additional size if you need the design for different placements.
Do you embroider or ship a physical product?
This gig supplies a digital embroidery file only. No garment, patch or physical embroidered item will be shipped.
