I will design a professional, manufacturing-ready or 3D-printable enclosure for your PCB using FreeCAD.
As a hardware / electronic design engineer with more than 5 yrs experience, I make sure that your enclosure fits your electronics perfectly by importing your PCB STEP file directly into the CAD environment. No misaligned USB ports or tight fits!

What do you need from me to start designing the enclosure?
To start, I need the dimensions of your project or, ideally, a 3D CAD file of your board (like a .STEP file from KiCad or Altium). Please also let me know where your connectors, buttons, or LEDs are located and if you have specific size limits for the outer box.
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package, I deliver production-ready 3D formats like .STEP / .STP (universal CAD) and .STL / .3MF (perfect for 3D printing). For the Standard and Premium packages, you will also receive the editable FreeCAD source file (.FCStd). If needed, I can also provide 2D drawings in .PDF or .
Are the enclosures optimized for 3D printing?
Yes, absolutely. I design the enclosures with 3D printing (FDM/SLA) in mind. This means I optimize wall thicknesses, minimize the need for difficult support structures, and design functional snap-fits or screw bosses that won't crack or break during assembly.
What if the enclosure does not fit perfectly after printing?
Your satisfaction is my priority. Every package includes revisions. If you print the enclosure and find that a connector needs a millimeter more clearance or a screw hole is a bit too tight, just let me know. I will update the CAD models for you immediately.
Can you design the PCB layout as well?
Yes, I can. I am a hardware design engineer. If you do not have a PCB layout yet, please check out my other Fiverr Gig or message me directly. I can design your schematic, the PCB layout, and the matching 3D enclosure as a complete, worry-free bundle.
