Does this touch my patient records?
No. The system works with appointment data only: name, contact, date and time. Nothing clinical goes through it. If your country requires a written data agreement, tell me before you order and we sign it.
Will it work with the software my clinic already uses?
In most cases yes. Send me the name of your booking software or a screenshot of your schedule before you order and I will confirm it in writing. If it cannot connect, I say so instead of selling you the gig.
What does it cost to run every month?
The system itself has no recurring cost on the setup I deliver. Messaging channels charge their own per message price, which depends on your country. I give you the real numbers before you order.
Can my front desk change the messages without hiring you again?
Yes. That is what the written guide is for. Changing the reminder text, the send time or the schedule is an edit on your side, no technical work needed.
