What files or information do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide your 2D CAD files, PDF drawings, blueprints, or even clear hand-drawn sketches with accurate dimensions. If you have specific preferences for materials, colors, furniture styles, or reference images of the look you want, please share those as well!
What is the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic gives you the raw 3D structure/model with 1 basic render (no furniture or textures). Standard adds full interior/exterior environments, furniture, realistic texturing, and 3 high-quality renders. Premium is the ultimate package, including advanced cinematic renderings and a walkthrough.
What if my project is larger or more complex than a standard building?
The package prices cover standard residential or commercial spaces (like a single apartment, a house, or a specific room). If you have a large-scale project, a massive commercial complex, or an entire master plan, please message me first so I can send you a custom offer tailored to your scope.
Can I get the source file, and what format will it be in?
Source files are included for free in the Premium packages. If you order the Basic package, you can add it as a gig extra. Let me know beforehand if you have a preferred software format (e.g., .obj, .fbx, .skp, or native modeling files).
What does a "Revision" include?
A revision includes minor adjustments to materials, colors, lighting, or furniture placement. It does not include changing the entire architectural layout or rebuilding the 3D model from scratch after the initial design was already approved.
