About this Gig
Getting #N/A, #REF! or #DIV/0!, or a total that's just wrong? I'll find what's broken and fix it, in Excel or Google Sheets.
What I can fix:
- Errors: #N/A, #REF!, #DIV/0!, #VALUE!, #NAME?
- Lookups: VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP (Excel 365)

How it works:
- Send me a copy of the file (dummy data is fine) and tell me which cell is wrong and what it should show.
- I fix it, test it, and send it back with a one-line note per fix explaining what was wrong.
One fix = one formula or one error, including copying the fixed formula down its column.

Can I send my real file?
Yes, through Fiverr only. If it contains personal or financial data, a copy with dummy data is often enough. Your file is used only for your order and deleted when it is complete.
Do you write VBA macros?
No. I use standard formulas, drop-downs and formatting, so the file works on any device and in Google Sheets.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. Tell me which one you use and I'll make sure the fixes work there.
Is this AI-assisted?
Yes. Fixes are made with AI assistance, then checked and tested before delivery.
What counts as one fix?
One broken formula or one error, including the same formula copied down a column. Five different formulas = the Standard package. Not sure? Message me first and I'll tell you before you order.
Can you work directly in my Google Sheet?
Please send a copy instead: in Google Sheets choose File > Download > Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and attach it here on Fiverr. I fix the copy and send it back; you never need to share your account.
What if it can't be fixed?
I check before starting. If the problem is bigger than the package, I tell you first and you can upgrade or cancel; you never pay for a fix you didn't get.
