FAQ
Do I need to pay for the plugin separately?
Possibly. Paid Memberships Pro has a free core version, but MemberPress and some add-ons need a paid license that you buy directly. I’ll tell you which one fits your budget before I start.
Do I need a WordPress site already?
Yes, I work on an existing WordPress site. If you don’t have one, message me and I’ll send a custom offer to build it first.
Which payment methods do you set up?
Stripe is included in every package, so members can pay by card with monthly, yearly or one-time billing. PayPal is available as an extra.
Is Stripe available in my country?
Stripe only works in the countries it supports, so check that your country is on their list before ordering. If it isn’t, message me and we’ll look at other options.
Do you write the terms, privacy policy and refund policy?
I add the pages using templates. I recommend a legal advisor reviews them for your business, especially for recurring payments.
