Will your changes survive a WooCommerce or theme update?
Yes. I build customisations as a proper plugin with WooCommerce's own hooks, not as code pasted into your theme. That is exactly the thing that breaks for most people.
Can you work on my live store without breaking it?
I work on a staging copy where possible and always take a backup first. Your store keeps selling while I build, and changes go live only once they are tested.
I am not sure which package I need. What do I do?
Message me and describe what the store needs to do. I will tell you which package fits, or send a custom offer if it sits between two.
Do you work with my existing plugins?
Usually yes. Tell me which ones you run and I will check for conflicts before we start rather than discovering them halfway through.
Who pays for third-party services?
You do, directly to the provider. If an integration needs a paid plan, I will say so before we start so there are no surprises.
