Source willow baskets, woven storage and handmade home decor with local support in Linyi and Linshu, Shandong.
I can research workshops, coordinate Chinese-language enquiries and help assess custom designs and small-batch feasibility. I work with independent workshops selected for each brief.
BASIC: 2 workshop or supplier profiles for one product type.
STANDARD: 3 profiles, up to 3 supplier enquiries and a comparison of replies on price, minimum order quantity and stated lead time.
PREMIUM: 5 profiles, up to 5 enquiries, a custom sample brief and a cost checklist covering materials/labor, sampling, QC, packaging, logistics, rework and platform fees.
You receive an English spreadsheet and summary with sources, contact attempts and open questions. Costs that have not been quoted are marked pending; supplier estimates are not confirmed prices.
The fee covers sourcing and coordination. Products, samples, inspections, packaging, shipping and duties are separate. Supplier replies and production dates are not guaranteed.

FAQ
Do you own a factory or sell finished products?
I provide local sourcing and coordination from Linyi. Workshops and factories are selected to fit the brief; I do not claim to own them. This Gig fee buys research and coordination, not baskets, production, samples or shipping.
Can you help with custom designs and small batches?
Yes. I can organize your photos, dimensions, materials and quantity into supplier enquiries. Premium includes a sample specification brief. Feasibility, minimum quantities, sample costs and production terms depend on the workshop's reply.
What costs are covered in the Premium checklist?
Materials/labor, sampling, quality checks, packaging, logistics, rework and platform fees. I record quoted amounts and sources where available and mark unquoted costs pending. The checklist is a planning tool, not a fixed production price.
What if a supplier does not respond?
Standard and Premium include an initial enquiry and one follow-up attempt per contacted supplier. I document attempts and report replies available within the delivery period. Replies, quotations and production slots are not guaranteed.
How will we communicate and receive the work?
I communicate with you in written English through Fiverr and coordinate supplier enquiries in Chinese. Delivery includes an English spreadsheet and summary. One revision covers corrections to the agreed research; a new product brief requires a new scope.
Can you organize samples or small-batch production?
Yes. I can organize local workshops and workers and match factories to the order; I do not own a factory. Gig packages cover research and coordination. Production scope, quantity, approved sample, lead time and all costs must be agreed separately before production starts.
