Each package covers one process with one trigger. Limits count connected apps, actions and simple conditions. Integrations must use existing supported connectors or documented APIs. Custom API development is excluded.
You provide secure access, sample data and approved message copy. Subscriptions and usage fees are separate. Custom-built apps, dashboards, data migrations and ongoing maintenance are outside scope.
For 14 days after delivery, I fix defects in the delivered workflow within its agreed scope.

Which tasks can you automate?
Typical tasks include moving enquiries into a CRM, updating records, sending confirmations and creating scheduled reports. I confirm compatibility first. Packages use supported connectors or documented APIs. Custom API development is excluded.
What counts as one workflow?
One workflow starts from one event or schedule and follows one agreed process. An action creates or changes something, such as a CRM record or an email. A simple condition checks one rule. Multiple triggers, migrations and complex branching are outside scope.
Do I need paid software?
Possibly. I confirm required software before work starts. You own the accounts and pay subscriptions, usage charges and other third-party fees directly. Those costs are separate from the package price.
What do revisions and the 14-day fix period cover?
Revisions adjust the agreed workflow, such as mapped fields or message wording. For 14 days after delivery, I fix defects in the delivered workflow within its agreed scope. New apps, steps or triggers, third-party changes and ongoing maintenance are separate.
How do access, testing and handover work?
Use account invitations or built-in secure connections. Do not send passwords. I test with sample data and agree activation with you. Delivery includes a short guide. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance are separate services.
