What file formats will I receive?
For the Basic Package, you will receive a PSD source file and a PNG image. For the Standard and Premium Packages, additional sheets and final renders will also be provided in PNG format
How long does it take to complete an order?
- The delivery time varies based on the package chosen: -Basic Package: 3-5 days. - Standard Package: 7-10 days. - Premium Package: 10-14 days.
Can I request revisions?
- Yes, each package includes a certain number of revisions: - Basic Package: 1 revision. - Standard Package: 2 revisions. - Premium Package: 3 revisions.
