What do you automate?
Triggers from your chat tool or CRM, such as a new chat, lead or deal, create tasks, records and emails. For example, a new lead creates a follow-up task and sends a notification email. What’s possible depends on each tool’s plan and API.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Yes. I work inside your accounts with access you grant, so you keep ownership. Where two tools have no direct link, I use Zapier, Make or webhooks. Message me to discuss.
What is the difference between packages?
Basic is one workflow that creates a CRM task. Standard is up to 3 workflows with emails, scheduled reminders and simple if/then conditions. Premium is up to 6 workflows with error alerts and a setup guide.
Do you work with Chatway and CrescoChat?
This gig covers them, but I check what your plan offers (webhook, API or Zapier connection) before I start building. If a trigger isn’t available, I tell you and suggest another route. Message me to discuss.
Will it always work?
Automations depend on each tool’s plan and API access, and tools can change. I test before handover, but I can’t promise uninterrupted operation or business results.
