Have a manual process you want n8n to run? I build one workflow for it and test it before delivery: you get an importable JSON file, a short README, and the results of the checks I actually ran.
Before I start, you and I agree in writing on the trigger, the named systems, the expected output, and one failure path. Starter path: no logged-in app. Connected path: up to two named services. Extended path: up to three.
I use sanitized sample data: please do not send passwords or live customer records in chat. You connect your own credentials and decide when to activate the workflow. External services, account permissions, and production behavior need a check in your environment. The package covers one defined workflow; new functions and ongoing support need a separate scope.
