Tired of fixing the same messy spreadsheet every month? I clean, dedupe and standardize your Excel or CSV files, then give you a reusable script so it never takes hours again.
What I fix:
- Duplicate rows (exact or by key columns you choose)
- Mixed date formats - one consistent format
- Inconsistent headers, casing and stray spaces
- Blank "merged" cells, currency/number text, category variants (NYC vs New York)
Every order includes a Change Log sheet showing each fix: what changed, which column, how many rows. Nothing is silently deleted.
Premium adds a Python or Power Query pipeline plus a plain-English how-to, so you can rerun it on next month's file in one click.
Data & privacy: I only work on the files you send. No account logins needed. Files are used solely for your order, never shared, and deleted after delivery on request. Please remove sensitive data (SSNs, card numbers) you don't need cleaned.

What file types do you accept?
.xlsx, .xls, .csv, .tsv and Google Sheets exports. Delivery in XLSX or CSV.
Will you delete any of my data?
Only duplicates or rows you approve, and every removal is listed in the Change Log, so you can review or reverse it.
Python or Power Query, which should I pick?
Power Query if you live in Excel and want a Refresh button; Python if files are large or you want to automate it. I'll recommend one.
