1. Prepare comprehensive annual programme budgets in alignment with BRAC Central Finance guidelines, covering 25+ projects funded by BRAC, SPA, and various bilateral donors. 2. Organizing monthly project-wise Budget vs. Actual review meetings with project leads to strengthen internal controls and ensure effective budget utilization. 5. Provide on-demand accounts and finance support to program heads, ensuring timely analysis, solutions and contributing to overall program effectiveness.
