Will this tell me what to charge?
It works out your costs and shows a price at the margin you choose. What you charge is your decision. I don't give business or pricing advice, and I can't promise any sales or profit result.
Do I need to give you all my recipes?
Just the ingredient quantities per product and what you pay for each ingredient. Method and secret touches aren't needed. You can rename recipes if you prefer.
Does it handle different pack sizes and units?
Yes. Enter what you pay for a pack (for example 1,500 g of flour for £1.20) and the quantity used, and it works out the cost per gram, ml or item. Packs sold in kg or litres are entered as g or ml.
Is it only for bakers?
No. It suits candle makers, crafters, soap makers and other small makers. Just list materials instead of ingredients. The sample in the gallery is a candle maker's.
Can I get a quote sheet for custom orders?
Yes, as an extra. It pulls your product prices into a printable quote with your brand name and deposit terms. It isn't included in the packages.
Do we need a call?
No. Everything is done through the order form and Fiverr messages, with no calls or meetings at any tier.
Do you use AI?
Yes. It's built with the help of AI tools, then customised to your products and tested with your numbers before delivery. Tell me before ordering if you'd prefer no AI.
Can I update prices later myself?
Yes. Change an ingredient price once and every product using it updates. The guide shows you how.
