About this Gig
Hello everyone,
I'm Peter, and I'm from Hong Kong. I was born and raised in Guangzhou, and I have been living here for over 30 years.
Just to clarify, I am not a professional tour guide. However, I can be your companion or friend if you want to fully engage with the local culture and experience life like a resident, rather than just visiting the popular tourist spots.
I can show you where we go on weekends and introduce you to the traditional food we eat every day. You could even visit my house as a guest.
If you want more details, feel free to message me. I am a local in Guangzhou and can help you out.
Don't forget to get a local SIM card and sign up for a mobile plan if you'll be here for more than a month. You can also use mobile payment options like Alipay or WeChat Pay, which are commonly used here.
