Feeling tired? Stressed? You're worried of your eating habits or lack of exercise?
Then I am the person you're looking for!
We will have a free initial assessment at first, where we will talk through the problems you feel like you're having in your life. After that, we can discuss of the length of the coaching.
With three meetings, we will have three sessions, where we go through of the coaching material personalized totally for you. Through the meetings we will discuss the changes what to make in your life, discuss what you wish to change in your coaching and I will prepare the changes to the next meeting.
With six and twelve meetings, the basis will be the same. With six meetings, we will discuss of three topics more carefully which you choose, and with twelve meetings, it will be six topics.
All of the coaching will be done online remotely. You can live anywhere and we will go through meetings on your time schedule. I will prepare you the material of topics you wish to change in your life and you will be having the final product in the end of the coaching.
Big changes come with small steps.
