FAQ
Are there any costs besides my order?
Yes, three things in your name: hosting, a domain and your MemberPress license. That way you own everything and keep getting updates. Stripe and PayPal also take their normal fee on each payment. Nothing else from me unless you ask for extra work.
My members are on Patreon or Kajabi. Can you move them over?
Usually yes for your member list. Active payments often can’t move between platforms, so members re-subscribe through your new checkout (a welcome coupon helps). Message me before ordering so I can check your setup and quote the move.
Can members cancel, upgrade or update their card on their own?
Yes. Every member gets an account page where they can update their payment details, switch plans or cancel, so you’re not stuck handling it by email.
I already have a WordPress site. Will this break my design?
No. I take a full backup first, add MemberPress without changing your design, then test signup, payment and locked content before handing it back. If anything looks off, it gets fixed before delivery.
Can I offer a free trial or coupon codes?
Yes, both are built into MemberPress. Add your trial length and coupon details in the requirements and I’ll set them up on your plans.
What counts as a product, and what isn’t included?
Products are your membership plans: 1, 3 or 5 depending on the package. Not included: writing your content, logo design, a physical product store, or course quizzes and certificates. I can quote those as a custom offer.
What happens after you deliver?
You keep full admin access, plus proof of a successful test payment and a short written guide to adding members, content and plans. If anything I set up stops working within 7 days, I fix it free.
