Instead of waking up via an alarm clock which you could simply set to snooze; why not wake up to an
actual person, keeping you on top of your priorities
or goals!
If you like, we can go through
your diary and confirm all your appointments, special events or other reminders
for that day or I could just wake you up your choice!
I will even stay on the phone (up to 5 mins max) we can chat while I confirm
you are in the kitchen making coffee or at least out of bed - just to make sure
you don't go back to sleep!
