FAQ
Do you need my Facebook password?
No. You add me as a partner in your Business Manager with access to the page and the lead forms. You can remove that access as soon as the work is delivered.
Which CRMs can you connect?
Any CRM that accepts data through an API or a webhook: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, Monday, Airtable or a custom one. If yours has no API, Google Sheets plus an email alert is the fallback.
Will my old leads be imported too?
The connection sends every new lead from the moment it goes live. Older leads can be downloaded from Meta as a CSV file and imported once, as an extra.
Are there any monthly costs?
With a direct webhook, none. If we use Make, its free plan covers small volumes; above that, Make has a monthly fee that you pay directly to them. I tell you which option fits before I start.
