An SKU means a distinct product type or variation, not an individual unit. Supplier, carton and inspection limits must be confirmed before ordering.
IMPORTANT: Package prices cover our service fees, not freight charges. Shipping costs are quoted separately and require your approval before shipment. DDP inclusions, including customs clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery, depend on the confirmed quotation and route.

2. Are freight charges included in the package price?
No. The Fiverr package fee covers the listed service. Actual freight charges are quoted separately and must be approved before shipment.
3. What is the difference between the three packages?
Basic covers 1 SKU. Standard includes inspection and consolidation for up to 5 SKUs. Premium includes inspection and consolidation for up to 10 SKUs.
4. What does SKU mean?

We can check agreed quantities, visible product condition and packaging, and provide photos and videos before dispatch.
6. Can you consolidate products from multiple suppliers?
Yes. Consolidation is included in Standard and Premium. Basic doesn't need consolidation.
7. Do you offer DDP shipping?
We can provide DDP quotations where available for your destination and cargo. The confirmed quote will specify whether customs clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery are included.
8. Which countries and shipping methods do you support?
We serve the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, UAE and the Middle East. Air, sea, rail, land and express courier options depend on the route, product and carrier availability.
9. What information do you need for a shipping quotation?

10. How long does shipping take?
Transit times depend on the destination, transport method, route and carrier. Fiverr's package delivery time covers the agreed service work, not the cargo's international transit time.
