Who reviews my deliverable before I receive it?
Every deliverable is reviewed by our team before shipping — including a former technical writer — to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability.
Who owns the prompts and outputs after delivery?
You own everything I deliver. Once payment is complete, all prompts, documentation, and instructions are yours to use however you like. I retain no rights after project completion.
What happens if I miss our scheduled video call?
One free reschedule with 2+ hours notice. No-shows without notice forfeit the session with no refund. A rebooking fee applies to reschedule after a no-show.
What counts as a revision?
A revision changes the deliverable based on original requirements. New requirements after delivery are a new order. Revisions per package: Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium unlimited. I will notify you before any extra charges apply.
