Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Message me on Fiverr with your requirements, integrations and deadline. I will review feasibility and send a custom offer with an agreed scope, price and timeline. The starter price applies only to the small task described in the package.
What is included, and what costs extra?
You receive source code for the agreed work and 3 revisions within that scope. New features need a new quote. Hosting, domains, API usage, paid apps and platform fees are separate. Shopify review or approval is controlled by Shopify and cannot be guaranteed.
Can you build a new app or improve my existing Shopify app?
Both. I can scope a new custom app or work on an existing codebase. The starter package is only one small task in an existing app. A new app is quoted after we agree on features, integrations and how merchants will use it.
What access will you need to my store and code?
After we agree on scope, I will identify the minimum access needed to the store, repository and connected services. Use appropriate collaborator invitations or restricted access. Do not send your main account password or secret API keys in the initial brief.
Do you include deployment, support and additional features?
Deployment and ongoing support can be included in a custom offer if agreed upfront. Revisions refine the delivered work within the original scope; new features are quoted separately. Shopify controls app review and approval, so approval cannot be guaranteed.
