Should I contact you before placing an order?
For Standard and Premium packages, please contact me first so I can understand your requirements, review the scope and confirm the appropriate package. For a straightforward single-service fix, you can also message me if you are unsure.
Can you troubleshoot an existing AWS environment?
Yes. I can investigate AWS infrastructure issues involving networking, EC2, permissions, load balancing, DNS, storage, databases and configuration. Please describe the issue and any errors you are experiencing before ordering.
Can you build a new AWS environment from scratch?
Yes. I can design and configure AWS infrastructure using services such as VPC, EC2, load balancing, RDS, S3, Route 53, IAM and monitoring. The exact architecture will depend on your workload and requirements.
Will you need access to my AWS account?
For implementation or troubleshooting, I may require appropriate access to your AWS environment. Access should follow the principle of least privilege and only provide the permissions required for the agreed work. Please do not send your AWS root account credentials.
Do you provide AWS migrations or Landing Zone implementations?
Yes, but these are larger specialist services with different requirements and scope. I offer separate services for AWS migration and AWS Landing Zone/multi-account environments. Please contact me if your project involves either of these.
