I will design a manufacturingready PCB from your schematic or idea.
If you do not have a schematic I can design a PCB from scratch using your idea, block diagram or requirements.
You will receive a schematic, a verified PCB layout and all fabrication files ready to send to your manufacturer.
I support PCB boards for IoT, embedded systems, sensors, MCUs, power and batterymanagement in both 2layer and 4layer designs.
The CAD workflow uses EasyEDA Pro as the tool, with KiCad review when needed.
Deliverables depend on your package. May include Gerber RS274X files, drill files, a bill of materials pickandplace CPL, a STEP 3D model and a designrulecheck review.
To begin please share your schematic or concept board size and layer count component list, key datasheets and any enclosure or connector constraints.
A professional layout matters because a poor placement, routing or designrule error can cause boards, delays and costly respins.
A checked and documented design reduces that risk.

Do you work from an existing schematic?
Yes. Send your schematic, board size, layer count, and component list. I will review it and confirm scope before you order. If your schematic needs cleanup or review, I will tell you what is needed.
Can you design IoT or sensor boards?
Yes. I work on IoT, embedded, sensor, MCU, power, and battery-management boards. Please share your sensor or MCU details, interfaces, and power requirements so I can confirm fit.
What CAD tool do you use?
EasyEDA Pro is the primary CAD workflow. KiCad review is used where applicable. Altium Designer files are not offered.
What files will I receive?
It depends on your package. Deliverables can include schematic, PCB layout, Gerber RS-274X, drill files, BOM, pick-and-place CPL, and STEP 3D model. Premium also includes DRC review.
Do you provide manufacturing or assembly?
No. I provide design and manufacturing files only. You send those files to your chosen fabrication and assembly house.
Can you handle 4-layer boards?
Yes, 4-layer boards are covered in the Premium package, up to 100 components. Message me with your layer count and requirements so I can confirm scope.
What information do you need to start?
Your schematic or concept, board size and layer count, approximate component count, key datasheets, required deliverables, and any enclosure, connector, or mechanical constraints. Attachments help: schematic, BOM, datasheets, mechanical outline.
Do you guarantee PCB fabrication success?
No. Fabrication depends on your manufacturer, materials, assembly, and final checks. I provide checked, manufacturing-ready files and DRC review where included, which reduces risk, but I cannot guarantee a third-party fab result.
