Who pays for the OpenAI/Claude API?
You do, via your own API key (usage-based, usually a few dollars per month for small sites). I'll help you set it up, or manage it for you.
Will it make up answers?
I add RAG plus guardrails so it answers from your content and says "I don't know" instead of hallucinating.
Can it collect leads?
Yes - it can capture name, email and intent, and push them to your CRM or a spreadsheet.
