Founder of Pieters and Company (Pty) Ltd, a South African systems company. I design and build the operational software and automation that small businesses run on, and I take that same work to clients on a fixed price. The company was registered in 2023 and lay dormant until May 2026. Every product below was designed and built from May 2026 onward. Products designed, built and shipped: Grace Dignity Network - estate administration and funeral operations platform. Digital will builder, executor case management, and an operations portal with case tracking, receipting and reporting. PayFast payment integration across three product lines including IPN callback handling. Supabase/PostgreSQL with role-based auth and a versioned production schema. POPIA cross-border transfer impact assessment. Full English and Afrikaans localisation. Werf - Afrikaans-language offline-first progressive web app for smallholders: guide and record book with server sync. Released v1.0.0 in August 2026 with 209 passing tests. FairStaff - staffing platform across four production environments, with a full go-to-market package: acquisition plan, growth channel strategy, conversion tracking and print collateral. Level 12 - multi-tenant school management portal. Next.js App Router, role-based access, teacher invitation and acceptance workflow, PostgreSQL schema via Drizzle ORM with migrations, LLM integration, Docker, unit tests. Harvesting Hope / ARDO - registered non-profit in food security and sustainable agriculture. Practitioner handbook and ten-week training curriculum; CIPC, SARS and B-BBEE registration. Client work: business process automation on n8n, Make and Zapier; AI workflow design covering classification, extraction, drafting and retrieval-augmented answering; API integration; and migrating businesses off spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups into systems they actually own. Fixed price, with error handling and documentation as standard, built in the client's own accounts.
